The main aim of the training course is to promote and develop skills of the youth leaders, so that they will be able to encourage participation and involvement of young people with disabilities in their own countries and in Europe. We will come up with some strategies to increase the inclusion of youngsters with disabilities in European activities.
The topics of the project will be introduced by the team of the seminar using the methods of non-formal education. Practical exercises, discussion groups and work in project groups will be combined with reflection and transfer of seminar contents to real life practice. Intercultural learning is an integral part of the programme.

•    TC aims to provide specific non formal learning methods and personal development tools, that participants can use in their organizations and in their daily life to remove mental and physical barriers and to facilitate social inclusion of young people with disability
•    TC will offer methods and tools which can create opportunities for active participation for people with disabilities
•    TC will provide space to share, transfer and experiment creative methods, which will allow participants and their organization to involve young people with and without disabilities in their regular activities and in future in mixed-ability international youth projects
•    TC will be also an opportunity to practice teamwork, intercultural and creative skills and to develop responsibility, respect and empathy.
